Hey Parents! Are you looking for some consistent
activity for your child this summer? Some sort of balance and sanity
during your weekly summer schedule? Kids love to stay busy andTFC will
help them be purposeful with their time! Why not improve your child's
mental and physical self - development, self - defense and self - esteem
through one or both of our summer camps. While they are occupied
improving their lives, you can, too. Take a much needed breather and get
a workout in of your own at the same time.Then you both can go back out
in the world refreshed. When you call about the kids' camps, inquire

Conditioning & Strength Camp. Not just for Acro - Athletes,
but anyone looking to increase their athleticism and gain control of
their body through multi-planar movements. Taught by acro and
strength & conditioning professionals, this camp focuses on
teaching the athletes to consistently use proper body mechanics while
flowing through high flying and heavy-impact-landing movements. This is
accomplished by training the muscles and soft tissue to maintain their
position through the fluidity of acrobatic movement. When the muscles
and soft tissues as well as the joints are conditioned properly prior to
executing repetitive acrobatic motion and landings, the body not only
has a much better chance to avoid injury, but
actuallycan excel through the potential of every aspect of
movement. This camp focuses on conditioning the muscles and soft tissues
properly through age appropriate balance and coordination exercises,
flexibility work and of course, practice of the actual acrobatic
movements. The acro camp takes place on a fully-matted area to help
reduce the risk of injury and stress on the joints and soft tissues of
the body. Keep your athlete properly conditioned from an early age and
watch them prosper all the way through. Hope to see you at TFC
