PLEASE NOTE: Due to insurance regulations, all TFC participants are required to
have an AAU card. If you already possess a valid AAU card, please bring it in with you
to your next class. Otherwise, please purchase one. This can be accomplished by
purchasing one on our website through paypal, or you can purchase one directly on the
AAUsports.org website. The card is valid through 8/31/11.

Do you want to get really prepared for your upcoming
sports season this fall? Or maybe you want to have top notch results at
the combine this August. If you are looking to take your
athleticism above & beyond your current level, then this is the camp
for you! Varsity Camp 2-A-Days puts the Varsity Camp
Speed & Strength separate sessions into tandem play
for training each day to maximize the potential and opportunity of
each movement to benefit you the most. This is the epitome of our
RIPT system! Participating in separate Speed & Strength
sessions, this camp uses the entire 8-Week span to truly prepare the
high school and college athlete for a healthier and more productive fall
sports season.
Over the course of the full 8- Weeks, each athlete flows
through a 1 - 6 - 1 format: Where athletes meet for one 2-Hour session 4
times the 1st week; Weeks 2 - 7 consist of two, 1.5 hours
sessions each day for four days. During the final, and 8th Week,
athletes finish up with one, 2-Hour session for 4 days. Other than
the 1st 3-weeks, we will be training using the weekly 2-1-2 schedule.
That's 2 days on, 1 day off, 2 days on & you won't believe the
difference in training productivity until you have tried it. Over
the course of the 2-A-Day Camp, athletes focus on thorough athletic and
personal growth and development in a fun and unique atmosphere.
Athletic preparation includes, but is not limited to speed, agility,
quickness, mental toughness, injury prevention and rehabilitation,
strength and conditioning, and sports performance preparation.
Camp is staffed by fully certified, educated and experienced trainers.
