 PLEASE NOTE: Due to insurance regulations, all TFC participants are required to
have an AAU card.  If you already possess a valid AAU card, please bring it in with you
 to your next class.  Otherwise, please purchase one.  This can be accomplished by
 purchasing one on our website through paypal, or you can purchase one directly on the
AAUsports.org website.  The card is valid through 8/31/11.

Get RIPTTM this summer at TFC! Imagine how good you are going to look and play in your next sport's season! Surprise your coach with how much strength, coordination & functional balance you have gained!  If this is what you want, then make sure you get to TFC's Varsity Camp Strength.  You guessed it, this camp too relies on all of the knowledge that we have gained over the last 20+ years, studying, training, apprenticing, etc.  Our mentors were serious athletes who trained smart, worked hard, studied hard & played even harder; but most importantly were willing to share their knowledge, just like us.  Now we want to train you.  You will feel great, look great, and most importantly you will be functionally stronger.  RIPTTM, or Russian Integrated Performance Technique TM  Training is all about producing longer, stronger, leaner, more functional and athletically enduring bodies.  At TFC, you can be train confidently knowing that you will be training safely, effectively while not subject to over-training.  Our certified and well-trained staff is here to help you become more mentally confident, physically stable, and functionally balanced so you can get stronger, stay healthy and perform at your best yet.  Are you serious about improving your strength?
